Planning a trip to Rio and possibly San Paulo this November. I’m trying to do some research and on International sites everything appears to be in Spanish or Portuguese. Want to get any advice on how it is for an English only speaking American participating in the hobby in these two cities.  Any advice or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

You'll see it has sections on Sao Paolo and Rio. I have never used it in that country but it has proved accurate for Costa Rica, Panama and Lima, Peru.
Good luck!

I've been to Rio a couple of times but not recently.  There's some, but not a lot of, English spoken especially in tourist areas and hotels.  I recommend going to the termas where you won't have any complaints or difficulty because the women speak only Portuguese. Be aware of your surroundings and careful especially at night.

Went to Monte Carlo 3 times which is 1/2 block off Atlantico avenue near copacabana palace. The lineup was really good the first night. I had great times with a beautiful Latina. The next night I met a really hot dark skinned Latina who was a blast. I wanted to spend a whole day with her on a Sunday when the termas  are closed. But we never connected. The last night I hooked up again with the babe from the first night. I didn't try any of the other places just because TMC was so close to my hotel. I went between 10 and 11 pm the first 2 nights. The third night I went about 7, was catching a flight later. Still not a bad group at that time. I'd give it a try if you're there. I will when I go back.
