I woke up this morning, made a cup of coffee, started reading my emails and from Marriott was an message with vacation get aways.  I read the list of get aways till I reached Phuket and felt this was a message from the heavens ..... then later in the morning (after venturing out into the world)  someone told me it is pronounced Fu Kay. Damn, I wanted to take a Phuket vacation with my imagined pronounciation.
Yes, I still want to go there.
