Hi!! I'm visiting next week and splitting my time between Scottsdale & Phoenix.  I have my hotel down in Scottsdale however, I'm curious if I should stay near the downtown area where the restaurants and bars are or near the airport??
Opinions? Advice?
Also, any good restaurants in phoenix? I have my scottsdale ones on lock

there is an excellent Mexican restaurant right near Old Town in Scottsdale.   Ask around, everyone there will know it.

You might want to try Bitter & Twisted in the downtown area.  I'm sure your hotel will have some good recommendations also.  Enjoy your time in Phoenix and Scottsdale!

Get there early as there is often a line, especially on weekends.
