Best restaurants in DC

Hello! I am visiting DC in June and don't know the city well. What restaurants do you recommend? Specifically Japanese and Ethiopian!

I hope you enjoy this crazy busy city !  

My recommendation for Ethiopian would be Lalibella ..in my own opinion!
