Hi all! I am trying to get a general idea of how cold it will be in Baltimore in December so I know the types of coats that are appropriate. It been a few years that I have been there during the cold months so I don't remember. I guess I don't want to have to drag along a heavy coat if it is not needed. Any input is helpful! Thank you!
