I have been in this hobby for a number of years but have not tried playing outside of the US.  I hear that Bangkok is considered one of the top places to play.  However unlike here where I can read reviews, learn what is on the menu etc., I have no idea about how to operate there.  Can you experts please fill me in on the following?

1. How do I avoid being ripped off by a lady that provides poor quality of service?
2. Where to find good providers?  Are there "hotels" that have girls on display?
