I came to that conclusion by doing a review search. Using Hawaiian Islands for city as the only search criterion, the first page of results goes back to 6-25-2016. Doing the same for Boston finds that date about a quarter of the way down page 11.

Yes I live in Hawaii, and yes TER is not real big here, unfortunately, but there are definitely hobbyists here, and ladies tour here, and some do well. Anyway, you should have received my PM
