Best Part of Denver to Hobby in?

Any other areas I'm missing ;)

Most of the major upscale biz hotels have properties in the DTC. Parking is easy and everything is right off I25.  

Stay away from DIA it's in the middle of nowhere.  

I've been downtown a couple of times, parking can be a pain and it's not always free.  

Cherry Creek there isn't much as far as hotels, however, the shopping and restaurants are very good.

The DTC is easy and convenient and most people can get there.  But if she's planning a visit of several days, the DTC is a sterile, boring place to be.  Downtown, OTOH, is vibrant and fun.
