Can anyone recommend any provider friendly 4.5-5 star hotels?
I've never worked in Vegas, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Vegas is one of the harder places for a touring lady. I used to tour here from Florida and never did as well as I did in other cities. But still come to Las Vegas for a great time. Hopefully you will make enough to pay for your trip and you will have a wonderful vacation.  
Do not come in the Summer. Not only is business the slowest at this time but today it is 115 degrees and it will only get worse as the summer goes on. Even the water in the pools becomes too hot to enjoy.
Come with a friend if you can. There are so many fun things to do here.
Stay at a hotel that does not have security at the elevators. A few good ones are the Cosmopolitan (my favorite) Caesars Palace, Mandalay Bay and MGM
