in minneapolis for a few days, besides the mall of america, is there anything interesting that i should go see?...any restaurants i should visit?...thank you

I've visited Minneapolis a few times.  I'll be spending this Christmas in Minneapolis visiting with friends and family.  I'm not that familiar with the city, but there are a lot of nice restaurants surrounding Lake Minnetonka.  We've eaten at some nice restaurants in Excelsior.  We've also went to a few nice breweries in Minneapolis/St. Paul.  Sorry that I'm unable to provide you with any specific recommendations.  Suggest using Google.

St Paul has a nice Mexican town, or you could go to Cosetta's Italian restaurant and marketplace. Or try Midtown Global Market in Midtown Minneapolis. Uptown Minneapolis has Chino Latino, a restaurant featuring international foods from the spice belt. Downtown Minneapolis has the legendary Gay 90s bar. Another fantastic local Italian chain is Buca Di Beppo; don't go by yourself, though. They specifically cater to couples and groups.
