Ok, I guess it's more like a couple of hundred of them. lol
I don't know if I exactly burn out at the Blackbeard's, Hotel Del Rey kind of places, but I do sometimes like to trade quantity for quality and lets face it, none of the "Hot spots" anywhere in Latin America are geared towards quality of lodging, food etc.
What I have always done in the past is to find a chica I really like in one of the hot spots, whether it be in Medellin, San Jose or where ever and then taken her to some really nice place away from the crowd for a couple of days. If you are proposing to supply both the "really nice place" and the talent as well you might be on to something that would attract a niche market, depending of course on the value that you would provide.
My biggest suggestion, just for my personal taste that is, is that if you are going to go "first class" go first class all the way, I have been to several of the "mansions" in Colombia and elsewhere and quite frankly they were VERY disappointing, they were just geared towards gringo mongers too lazy or too inexperienced to fend for themselves, and who had rather low standard where it came to women, food, drink etc.. The only place I have found over the years that put forth a decent effort was the Hotel M in San Jose, but they started with good intentions and then started skimping on virtually EVERYTHING in an effort to keep the costs down.
If someone would do a truly first class, monger friendly operation, I could see it having a possibility of success. Having superior talent around of course would definitely help as well. Just make sure you run off all the Gordas, Viejas y Feas. jaja
