I don't live in the Chi but I frequent there for work. The downtown/Magnificent Mile areas are where I would focus. Lots of stuff to do when you're not working either. Everytime I've seen a provider its been in those areas and I've had no problems. Good luck and let me know if you ever make it to the South.
