No this is not an advertisement!

I am planning a trip to Massachusetts soon and was thinking of visiting the Burlington area. Check on the ad boards I did not see any ladies advertise hosting in that area. Is there something I should know before considering visiting there?  

Any advise on where else to tour in the area helpful.
