Did you find any responses to you quest ? I am traveling there in few days and was wondering the same.

If memory serves me right, there are three main Barrios that are worth going to Recoleta, Palermo and Puerto Madero, and the best action I remember was in Recoleta, There are a few strip club/brothels that have decent talent, Black and Madahos I believe were the best, but rather pricey when I was there a few years back.  

I do recall finding some VERY hot Paraguayan chicas who were quite reasonable working in a few of the clubs there at rates maybe a third of what the Argentinian chicas were getting.

As with most countries, your best bet is to find a decent driver and keep him for as long as you are there. Buenos Aires is a huge city with plenty of action, but similar to Mexico City, most of it's a bit dicey for a tourist.

has no shortage of beautiful women.  There are some fairly glamorous strip clubs that also function as brothels.  If I remember correctly, Paradise and Madaho's were decent strip clubs.  Additionally, there are several quality escort agencies.  Both strip clubs and escort agencies in Argentina are more expensive than elsewhere in Central and South America.  There are also telos or short-time love hotels.  Telos vary considerably in terms of price and quality.  Similar to many European countries, Argentina has a lot of beautiful independent ladies that operate out of flats.  Taxi drivers and locals will be your best sources.  A lot of beautiful women, but keep in mind that Buenos Aires is considered to be the "Paris of South America," which means it can be expensive (unlike most of CA and SA).
