A truly wonderful place to have fun, especially with someone special or naughty....You will find lots of couples there.  As for playmates, there a lot of single girls and escorts hanging around the bars and such, looking for a playmate.   As for the cost for their time and companionship, I don't know, since I went there with a possessive client and wasn't able to socialize much.
But the girls I saw, were non American, so they're probably not used to high US prices, and would be happy to have all their expenses paid on a luxurious vacation with you.
