you are different from the rest of us just cuz you don't touch their pussy pole. Isn't that sort of equivalent to "I didn't inhale"?
This is sort of a taboo subject when it comes to the public and even the media. Homosexuality is widely accepted in large cities (L.A., NYC, SF, etc.), but men who love Transexuals is a subect not really discussed openly in the public and media. Prostitution is mentioned, adult films (gay or straight), but Transexual infatuations are kept in the closet. The internet is huge for it, but you hardly here about transexuals, maybe rarely on Springer. Obviously thousands worldwide love transexuals. Is society ready for Transexual relations publicly? I am sure everyone on this board has kept there likes for Transexuals a secret. Are you guys out there open about it, or do you keep it hidden? I am not sure where I am goinjg with this, but it seems the demand for Transexuals is growing....except it is sort of a hush subject. Also comes the question......if you like Transexuals, are you gay?
sure that if you have sex with transexuals, you are gay, so long as: (1) You know the person you're having sex with is a tranny; and (2) you touch the tranny's penis. Touching a penis, despite the costume adorning the person to which the penis is attached, is gay. And there's no gray area here, despite the anticipated hysterical and bizarre denials from the boys.

I think that the demand for ladies like us is growing. I also think that the Transsexual world itself is growing. Who would have thought that there would be a shemale strip club, or that Eddie Murphy would have been caught having sex with a Transsexual, or that the drummer for Read Hot Chilly Peppers would admit openly in the media that he thinks that some Transsexuals are sexy & exotic, or that on Big Brother 4, Robert would admit he had sex with a Transsexual and he liked it.
Transsexual’s have been getting bigger and bigger over the last couple of years. Transsexuals just like lesbians are starting to get understood and accpeted in the media, and in the main stream life. People are starting to understand, we are not men. We have the parts of a man, but most of us do not look, act, talk or think like a man, we think like a woman, we live life as woman, not as a man. The men who like us are not gay, maybe kinky, or even bi, but most are not gay and they have a very good sex life with woman, but want something different.
If you watch T.V-movies, you will see lesbians is every mans dream. You will also see more lesbians in the media, and being accepted for who and what they are. Who would have thought that people would be able to understand this 20 years ago? I see Transsexuals being treated the same as Lesbians, I think that guys will accepted Transsexuals before they accept gays. This is because, they will look at us as woman, not men. I think that once the public understands us, learns about us, they will accept us. I also think that once they she Transsexuals are not Drag Queens, TV’s or cross dressers, we are not like the men in dresses you see on a float in the pride parde, I hate when they show that on T.V, what must the public think, “oh there’s on of those Transsexuals, look, they have a bread and a hairy chest, see there just men in dresses”.
Understand this, people who like Transsexuals, like us for are female look, with something that is different down below, they do not want us because we are men, they do not see us this way, nor do we ourselves as men.
Just my thoughts

Don't forget Vanity's appearance on "The Man Show!" oooyaaa!!!
I would love to see this. Please give me details. Is it an openly shemale strip club, or is it a club that has shemale strippers every once in a while?
In San Francisco @ Divas on Thursday.
HOT...
No. Sorry. I disagree. Very, very little in life is all black or white. The tranny world, if it is anything, is one BIG grey area. Men who like trannys are almost never attracted to masculine looking men. Gay men like men who LOOK like men. Gay men are not attracted to tranny girls, as any tranny at a gay bar can tell you. We get totally ignored there (pick-up wise).
Now it's possible that TS admirer's may be bi, kinky, curious or even some other label that society hasn't come up with yet, but to just label them gay? No, it's just not as simple as touching a penis makes you gay. Would that make doctors gay? I don't think so.
I hope this wasn't too "hysterical and bizarre" for an answer.
IMSerious;
I believe I've seen you post about this topic before, possibly on another site. You've raised my curiosity as to whether you are a male/female, hetero/homosexual or transsexual. Have you ever had sex with a transsexual? Of course you are free not to answer, but you are so sure of your thoughts on the subject, I'm curious as to "where are you coming from". Please don't take my post in anyway other than the friendly manner that it's offered.
you raise provocative points, particularly Tasha and Star.

hangman128;
I agree that interest in transsexuals seem to be increasing. In AVN(ADULT VIDEO NEWS) it has been reported that there is a growing popularity of transsexual videos/dvds. You also see it presented on television with more frequency, however, many times in a tasteless way.
There is a great amount of ignorance and lack of knowledge among the general public about the transgendered, and along with that comes the negative feelings.
I think that most of us who are attracted to TS girls remain "closeted" for the most part because we are able to. The girls appear female, and it is easier for us than it would be for two males/females. We don't have to "show our cards", so to speak. Why risk any exposure to any negativity if we don't have to?
A Doctor touches a penis not for sexual pleusure! i do believe if we are attracted to shemales we are NOt str8! i wouldnt say gay either., but definetely not a srtaight man thats for certain., and then again who really cares! as long as you are not a child molester then everything is alright.
"A Doctor touches a penis not for sexual pleusure!"
How do YOU know? LOL
Im from London but work in NYC most of the time. NYC is TS friendly compared to London. I think it is growing and have been thinking about openning a bar/restaurant like LIPS in London. Not just to make money but because it interests me. Society may not be ready for it but its happening.
Exposure to negativity? Well, I cannot empathize with gays and lesbians, but I am sure they felt if they came out, they would be exposed to negativity. My point is that in society, gays are accepted at an all time high. Television, movies, you name it. Discrimination is still reality, but for the most part, the subject is not taboo. Infatuation and desires for transexuals IS. Society as a whole would look at guys who like Transexuals, NOT Transvestites, as "weird" and in need of a perception reality check. Is society ready for a celebrity or athlete to have an OPEN relationship with a transexual? That would spark far more attention than a gay/lesbian affairs.
"Is society ready for a celebrity or athlete to have an OPEN relationship with a transexual? That would spark far more attention than a gay/lesbian affairs."
Yes, it probably would. But for everything, there is a first time. The person that does it will be a pioneer. That person must have the guts, strength and be secure in his identity. So must the girl he would be with. The more people that come out about their desire for trannys, the more people will begin to see that it is OK. Unfortunatly, there are not a lot of men like that. No guts, no glory.
Guys don't have any problem having sex with a tranny, but they can get so freaked out about being seen with one. EVEN IF the girl is 100% passible, guys can be so afraid that "someone might find out!"
I would love to see the day when guys could come out about seeing a tranny and the most anyone would say would be, "Hey, at least she looks like a girl and you're not gay!". (No offence to any gay men.)
After falling in love with a TG this year I gave this a lot of thought. At some point I would have to go public with the relationship. I know gay men have to go through this all the time but I think it is a little different. Liberal people are taught to accept homosexuality whether they like it or not. I think that many people would place TGs in a sprt of fetish category.
Yes the first people that go public will be pioneers but it was only a few years after Elton John and Martina Navriltilova came out that Ellen and Rosie were mainstream.
It is also a bit like inter racial relationships in the 50s.
But believe me, TS's are the next big thing. In San Francisco it is starting to be pretty big, largely because we have so many HOT TGs.
