Agree on the cities but one that gets overlooked and I feel is much better than lets say Vegas is San Francisco.  The online ads are not plentiful however the city itself is another place where providers show up who are from Mexico or latin america.   In addition, with San Francisco having such a large asian population, the ladyboy scene is usually pretty good as well.   While it can be hit or miss, happening or dead, Divas in SF has been there for years.  When I went there, I've seen it overflowing at times and empty as well.  I forgot what night it was (mid week) they had a school girls night and there were a few asian ts girls who were off the charts beautiful. Thats been several years but I'm sure its the same.
