If a penis is functional and nobody sees it function is it fully functional nonetheless?

Where do you stand on the issue?

When I am "shopping around" I do indeed look for fully functional.  I take that to mean that it gets hard and reaches a creamy climax ;)

If the provider makes an effort to provide me with the full function but doesn't get to come in the end,  I may not be completely satisfied, but we are dealing with humans and not with robots, after all.

I know that many guys feel that it is "false advertisement" if the TS says describes herself as fully functional but does not deliver everything. It is true, probably, that some fakes do exist out there.  But if a girl did not come when I visited, I can't really be an ass about and ask for a refund or something.  This is not a packaged product.

But, yes, fully functional = all the way to ejaculation--in my book...

HOF:

I tend to agree with Edmund Gustav Albrecht Husserl (1859 -1938), the father of phenomenology, who probably has the definitive comment on this subject when he wrote “Natural objects… must be experienced before any theorizing about them can occur.”

I leave you with this photo of the building declared the “most phallic building in the world” by Cabinet magazine.  BTW - It is fully functional as a water tower for the city of Ypsilanti, MI.  The locals call it the “brick dick” I believe.

I can theorize how unnatural that object will feel in my ass.  In Husserl's system can I know that jumping from a 40 story cliff onto rocks will cause my death?

Since there is obviously so much variation, as well as different levels of honesty - why not, when you're setting your date up,  just ask the provider what she means.  If it doesn't match  your requirements, just tip and politely leave.  They surely reserve the right to decline you if you don't meet their requirements, and can hardly deny that right to you, especially if you do it nicely and tip.

truth in advertising, i.e. if she say's it functions then she should be able to get out her baseball bat and hit a home run, that means a full and lasting erection, wether this means cum as as you are depends on wether she is able to satisfy you analy although a bj generally requires a little squirt or more.

Absolutely.  Husserl would assert that your propositions with respect to the brick dick feeling bad in your ass or the 40 foot fall onto rocks killing you are physical phenomena.  The consequence of bad feeling or death from these actions can only be understood in the context of previous experience of the natural objects in the physical world.  Husserl would posit that physical phenomena lack intentionality.  Psychical phenomena, on the other hand (pun intended), such as your question about the nature of functionality, can be distinguished from physical phenomena.  Every mental phenomenon, every psychological act has a content, is directed at an object (the intentional object).  Every belief, desire, query, etc. has an object that they are about: the believed, the wanted, the known.  The main characteristic of consciousness is that it is always intentional.  So your original question about functionality cannot be understood outside the context of consciousness.  You have obviously experienced a penis before to know that their intention is functionality ergo your original question relates to the psychical phenomena of knowing whether or not a penis is functional.
