Would I allow a third and have it be a male to be with that male? Nope, would you? I have no interest. I have been with a TS and another guy was part of the action but we did not do anything to eachother and were pretty good friends before so it was not that big of a deal. I did my thing, he did his and the TS girl was in the middle.
A long long time ago, as a single male, I paid two roses to be allowed into a swingers club. They only let a couple of single men in and there were no guarantees. I wanted to check it out and experience it. Apparently there is a small population of swinger couples who get off watching a second male fuck the wife. Again, no action with the male but he helped please his wife. It was a good investment that night.....I hit the jackpot with a few couples and left with a big smile on my face and stress free 
Well, I'm a cat, so I'm naturally curious and would want to investigate it. However, there would have to be a lot of trust with the girl that it would not be a dangerous situation.
I would rather meet at a place for drinks and chit-chat first then bow out if nothing clicked with the three of us--or plow into it if things did.
