Yes, you have been here about as long as I have been here. You try to dismiss my claim that your board posts are all too similar, pointed, and posted by yourself with the intention of causing problems and making your best attempt to attack providers who participate here who won't see you anymore.
Your common posts here revolve around the following topics:
Bareback sex (rumors) Porn Stars no longer safe (per your opinion) Bad sessions you had.....
... even if others don't want to know, or it's politically incorrect, or it's not your favorite topic ... as long as it's true. And in the US the accuser must prove the statements made are untrue (to win libel judgment in court). If MellowSoul, or anyone here, is making up stories for self-amusement, he would soon be discredited by others and disregarded; after all this is an open forum.
I know this is hardly a court, but I didn't see anywhere that you had factual reasons to believe MellowSoul was fabricating stories. He has about 75 posts. Now I didn't read every one, but even if several talk about subjects you'd rather not see here, why should he "go home"? If his posts are true (like the one of sashaligaya evidenced by the vidclip), do you think it's a bad idea for someone considering seeing her to know that? I think it's a damn good piece of information, and hardly would charaterize it as slander. Does this board exist to protect providers' business against factual information that may (or may not) hurt it?
I don't consider everything I read here as perfectly factual and it doesn't bother me in the least. I don't need anyone to 'go home' even if he isn't being quite factual or his topics are uninteresting or sensational. I just take that into consideration when reading his stuff. (Case in point: negative info here on someone I met with anyway, and still seeing her.) And if his posts are complete bullshit, no one would bother reading them after awhile, and he will burn out and drop out

You hit the nail on the head, there are a few key pieces of info missing or you would be in agreement w/ my comments.
If you do a search on BB or Bareback on the board, you will see one member who continues to bring this up and has since 2008.
The differene here is, yep some of the providers mentioned are indeed careless and not safe. Great, thank you for the heads up but do not try to spread rumors on providers who have pages and pages of top reviews, are more than safe, but won't see you anymore.
Oh, maybe every other week, Mr. Mellow posts a comment about me or the mods, just being rude. Why? Because I called bullshit a few months ago when he was upset and tried to post BS about a provider who happens to be my good friend. Ever since this time, he feels it necessary to surface and be a prick.
Why the continuing talk of me not being seen by any providers? My reviews speak for themselves, I can go see any provider I choose to, it's not a matter of that at all. I've always and will always be very considerate and generous to the girls, it's their livelihood and YMMV a helluva lot better when you cough up a nice tip.
And...for the record, that video I posted of Sasha was not to illicit any negative response at all. I really hope that's not how it was taken. I have a great time with her, always have and I've stated that a few times on here. What's done on video is on video and is between tested performers. The only think I have been trying to get across is that bareback without testing does happen in our hobby and I've been around for awhile so I know this. BUT...I feel there are very many people that are new that do not know and SHOULD. Give one reason why people should not be informed?
Is it ... 1) slander (making damaging statements about a provider's practices which the accuser knows to be false), 2) entrapment (inducing a provider to engage in risky practices that she would not have done if not tricked into doing them, the key word being "tricked") or 3) providng valuable information to all here by outing providers who generally do dangerous deeds willingly if asked.
Slander (1) is reprehensible and does a great disservice not only to the provider but also to all here. There's a fine line between (2) and (3), but my own view is that tricking a provider to do something risky (entrapment) by a customer is damn near impossible. Either she will do it voluntarily or tell the guy to get lost. It's hard to believe a guy can entrap a provider to do bareback by slipping off his condom without her knowing. And if he does, the provider is not discredited since she didn't know that no protection was in place.
So MellowSoul is either slandering providers or double crossing them by asking for bareback and, for those who consent, exposing them for what they are- risky business. It's not a very honorable means, but nonetheless useful in determining how safe she is. You say you have direct experience that he has slandered decent providers, and based on my respect for your honesty, I believe your examples. But is it possible he is doing both? Can someone who engages in spreading false accusations about some providers also, in some instances, be telling the truth about others?
Uncensored discussions like this one about MellowSoul so others can decide for themselves is the vital purpose of this Board. I hope both of you keep posting so that the truth about him and the providers he discusses become easier to know.
