I just ran in to this tipping thing with Annabell in Boston. Let me get this right, She has a fee for services but unless you tip all you'll get is HJ. That's like ordering a steak from the menu at the given price, but Knife and fork is extra!  Its business some girls do it right the fee is say 300 includes everything. Not 200 and where's my tip? If you charge a fee, the tip is extra based on PERFORMANCE. SO ask up front what their fee covers. TS ladies are fun to play with but I've only found one that was worth the money. If you want to tip that's up to you  let's not make OK to be mandatory. Just my 2 cents.
