Maybe it has something to do with the crappy economic times. During good times, rates could be firm, but nowadays, maybe some are ready to negotiate?
Wouldn't it be great if we could, like, set aside roses for this like a tax shelter or sugar daddy plan? Imagine going to the bank and setting that up--LOL!

More of a hotbed than Arkansas and a few other states--we have zero, including CL and Backpage. Hell, we don't even have a bed here. We have to sleep on rocks. And they don't poke nearly as well as the girls do.
Zero in Wisconsin as well... and few travel through. Sounds like Chicago would be the closest to me. However more research to be done as to find the great ones in that area... Rather than the ripoffs on BP and CL.
