There are lots of t-girls with big cocks. Some have really good genes and are naturally femme looking - especially the asian and latin girls.
Some girls take massive hormone doses every couple of months and nothing in between. This makes them lose funciton for a week or so, then as the hormone count reduces after 7-10 days, horomonally they return to male levels.
