As much as I don't like carrying extra cash on me, I hate assuming or insulting someone even worse. Some, a few,girls list their going price on their ad, but most don't. Is there a general market rate, so to speak? We know that those high in demand can command three, four, and up to five bills, but what of the rest ? It's been a while, but is it tactful to ask her over the phone when making arrangements to see her as to what she expects, without the possibility of losing her? I've heard some don't like giving prices over the phone because they are wary of law enforcement set-ups/busts,and so on.

I simply just ask what they want me to bring.

If her rates are not already stated in her ad or website, I always politely ask what her donation is for the hour.  I have never been rebuffed.  

However, if her rates are stated, what is the point of asking again?  This is probably a more likely situation where they are going to be suspicious.

I'm referring to ads/girls who don't post their rates. If her fees are posted, why would I then need to delicately ask?
There is one girl's ad where she specifically asks you not to discuss fees. Mystique's ad (link on this page) comes to mind at the moment. Read it thoroughly.

Why would an escort NOT take the full amount? Who says no to money? I insisted she take the full amount agreed upon and gave her the full $250.00.

Only if her ad insists that her "donation" price is non-negotiable would i not attempt to price her down. Yet some may consider it's still worth tryin'
