Personally I have few preferences. It's rare to find any one girl who possesses all of these traits so the search becomes a quest. To me the whole "lobbying" endeavor is to fulfill a fantasy and when it comes to living breathing beings it's not realistic to have any one person fulfill every aspect of perfection.

Femininity is foremost. Style, hair, makeup, nails, attire. she has to be feminine.

When I see the girl is on hormones, that her body is actually transforming - I consider this the real evidence that she is a trans woman and committed to her transition. If she hasn't started on hormones yet, then there is much doubt in my mind as to the provider's agenda and true nature. I wanted to kind of respond to one point though, an at least give you a reason/explanation why. You made mention of us acting, which in some cases is something I wouldn't deny, but it has purpose.  

As I've mentioned previously on the board, through trial and error I've come to the realization that most of what you guys are looking for isn't necessarily in the act itself, but everything surrounding it. Often that is tue make or break on what ends up a 10 encounter and something that's a 5. Most of you guys want that authentic connection, which more often than not, is something you end up lacking for one reason or another in you're lives. Spouses don't pay attention to you and just expect things and take you for granted. Work can consume a lot of time and add to that disconnect from romance in relationships. So having something that puts that fire back into it is an escape of sorts.

We all want to feel loved, appreciated, and cared about. So a provider that takes the time to build that connection and make you feel that way can be a make or break thing. I can't speak about the experiences of other providers, but I can of my own. With that, I can say that I genuinely build that with everyone I see, though some more than others by virtue of shared interests and commonality.some people it's a little bit harder because some of those things are missing, and for expediency of time, an love of what I do, I may kick that up a little bit. I want to make everyone who walks through my door feel special, and sometimes that requires a bit of "embellishment". It's not meant to harm or be deceptive, but as a provider that thoroughly enjoys making your day better, it can be necessary... I wouldn't want anyone to walk out not feeling like a million bucks. This is what I’ve heard from the majority of SPs that I’ve asked questions to (since I’m still a newbie, I had lots of questions, thank goodness for the internet) they agree that most clients want to feel the connection, that it’s even more important than the rest. I don’t think I’ve had enough experience for myself yet to verify if that’s been true for me or not. But I know for me that at least it’s certainly not all acting. One of my first times a client had to end the session early because his boss called him in for an emergency I felt some very real empathy for him. Like I felt bad he didn’t get his full money’s worth and that our connection was interrupted right in the middle, didn’t even get a chance to wind down before having to end. So, no, it may not be 100% the same as an actual girlfriend kind of connection, but I feel there is still some part of a real connection there.  

As far as the main topic question, that’s something I’ve been worried about. I’ve been on HRT for a while now and while everything is still fully functional, 9/10 times my orgasms are dry.
