Those are not photos of India Foxx, so the provider is not stealing her photos. Even the name - she is calling herself "Columbian India Foxx" - may not be stolen as it's quite possible that a small-time travelling Texas provider doesn't even know that a "famous" India Foxx exists. It is, after all, a made-up name.

As to whether the provider is on the level, or the photos are really of her, I cannot comment.
