I hope this isn't offensive to the board's mods.  I hope they don't see it as poaching.  I hang out here and think this board is a great resource and like hte idea of co-existence more than competition.  There enough time in the day to read both boards IMO and this one is a great one.

Its actually a national board.  Point of fact, LA is our biggest section.  Followed by NYC, and then Miami.  But then as anyone knows those are the three hot cities anyway.
