What would you do, if overnight, there was a perfect vaccine for EVERY sexually transmitted disease?

I would be the first in line to get my shots. Then I would set up an appointment with the two best TS providers available, both of them tops. I would do everything I've ever fantasized about, all of it bareback.  

I'd keep doing this until I ran out of money or my ass got too sore.
