You can provide some info and frankly I guess there is a gray area....I guess the best thing to keep in mind is this site generates revenue from people paying to read reviews.  So, whats a mini review....I guess its a long paragraph detailing your session.  

I feel replying and maybe saying..."good provider, hung, clean, safe location, no rush" is not a review but a blow by blow narrative happens to be something TER will not allow..sorry peeps.
