Transsexual

From Sunday's NY Times

I heard transgender woman who was in a coma and hospitalized in Elmhurst Hospital few months ago, friend of mine told me she got silicon injection to her breast but then unfortunately the loose silicon traveled to her heart, I was not sure about the legitimacy of the story and I believe she was in early 20s, but when I read NYtimes this morning, I assuming it was her, because I havent heard the news about her since.

A friend of mine already spent almost 10K for her silicon and botox, and she keep telling me to get one, I respect her opinion, but I will not do it, she can't convince me while she has few silicon bump in her hips, and I don't want to tell her, cos she would get very defensive ( hormones kickin'), even my post op TS friend in LA who has a lot of done to her including silicon injections to her hips and butt, just scraped it out, she told me the silicon was started to go down to her legs, she spent 5K to get her silicon removed from her butt and hips, and she warned me not to get silicon injection.

I know the demand out there for us to look as feminine as we can, but if it's danger to our health I would not do it, I rather stay as I'm, though men only want me for 1 hour or more, not for their life companion...LOL. I will only do it for me not for everyone else, whether their like it or no with the look I have, it's not my problem...

And it is very important for the government to start paying attention to minority, especially transgender. We are the most vulnerable people who need to be protected and be loved, NY State insurance don't even pay for hormones treatment, and hormones prescription is quite expensive, thats why some of us bought it from the black market. And if we don't take hormones we would be judge for looking too masculine!

Well, hopefully we and guys especially, can be acceptance as who we are, I sometimes had the urge to get that injection, but most of my close friends told me no, and if I accept myself, everyone will accept me, thats my opinion..

You have a good brain in that pretty head of yours! If it's purely your choice then by all means do as you please but very sad to put your health in jeopardy for the acceptance of others. I'm sure I'm not alone in this belief...big fake boobs and fake curves aren't my cup of tea...you can be very feminine without. My last GF was A cup with a flat Asian butt and she was sexy as hell.

John, thanks, but I'm not against breast implants (which I plan to have), as long as they do it correctly under supervision of Board Certified Surgeon, I went to consult with a surgeon, his done lots of surgery for transgender women here in New York, I asked questions about silicon injection, and he didn't recommend, but he did tell me that he can transfer my fat and inject it to my butt and hips, unfortunately I have zero percent fat, so I cannot have that procedure, I may have to wait until I get fat. And the procedure itself would cost around 8K, by the time I get fat, I will already too old with sagging skin.. :( .

I also read about all those comments on NY Times, it seem that the majority of people concern about transgender people. And one thing I would agree is when you have family who support and loves you for whoever you are, you will have all those confidence and be freely for being who you are. I don't have any support from my family, my Mother passed away last year, 3 years after my father's death, but I believe the decision is in myself, and only myself who will make myself happy :)

That's all from me :)

hi Gee.  I met you in Orlando a while back and you are quite pleasing as you are.  if you do decide to get implants please keep them small as you are a lovely small person.  too many girls get what I call headlights which are out of proportion with their frames.  look forward to seeing you again.

...a friend of mine was trying to talk me into getting injections in my ass and hips over the weekend ( I had a dress I need to wear that probably would benefit from it) but I'm always NO WAY. And to tell you the truth most of white and asian woman are small in the ass dept anyway.....1/2 the girls I know with implants regret them too. I might not be super busty, but there's plenty to play with ( and afterall , what's a push-up bra for!)

Well...I got silicone when I was a gay boy for first time back on the 2000, I was getting ready lil by lil so I could dress up 24/7 as a woman.
The inyections where so painful that I was screaming. there where lots of TS waiting for their turn at "the silicon House", there is where I meet at that house Vanity, Saigon Lee, Veronica, Brandy Scotts and many more that I don't remember their names. they all where gorgeous already but I guess they needed a lil touch up :-)
They all where asking why I was screamin so much, so Brandy and Evelin come up to the room to check on me...I felt like if the silicon where being inyected on my bones not in my ass.
years later on the 2007 I got more silicon with someone else and the needle traspass a vein, so when the needle was withdraw, the silicon come out trougth the hole and the vein carried some of it on the  blood.
So the silicon when to my lungs and I felt like a knife coming out trough my chest everytime I breath.
I did trow up in the beguining but it was like a clear foam only.
So I was in bed for 1 month praying and praying everyday....I eat aples and drank lemonade since that was all my body ask me for.
I loss lots of weight that time, my waist measured 18"...so my body looked great, but my face was fatal.
Thanks God nothing worse happened to me, but I felt like dying that time everyday.

About two years ago back I began chatting with her after we traded emails on a dating site. I went to see her.  She is a real sweet person and its so sad this happened to her. I offered to take her out to eat but she said she would prefer if we just brought food and beer back to her place. We hung out and talked for about 3 -4 hours. She told me her story how instead of being shot with silicone she found out later it was heating oil, she showed me how it had affected her and told me how she was on painkillers daily. She really is a lovely person its so sad there isnt a Physician can seem to help her. I hope the rest of girls read this and act with caution. I know Zaira would love be able to have reversed her decision.
