It’s definitely not click bait  it’s a genuine post to gather feedback so we can improve how we present our providers to clients. I think for the most-part location might have alot to do with it also.  I see TS women, but not just any.  And the ones I do want to see never come to area.  The few that have tend to only come for one day and leave, which is you aren't single and able to get out at moments notice, can make it difficult.  

 
Prices/rates might be another factor.  Some TS providers price themselves alongside regular cis-gender girls, which if given the choice for me, I'm going to go with a cis-gender girl if the price range is 400 or 500.
