Feels so good while it's happening, sometimes I get lost in the moment.  What percentage of guys out there does the same?  And what's the worst that can happen?

such as Syphilis, gonorrhea, etc if the partner is infected. If the partner has HIV and you have even a minor wound in your mouth, you can get it. This  is presuming you are giving the BBBJ. In receiving the risk is much less

For someone getting one, there is little or no risk, even if the giver has got something. This includes HIV: the viral levels in saliva are very low. For someone giving one, you can get syphilius, HIV, or gohonorreah of the throat that way if the person you are sucking has got it.

sorry, still don't get the understanding. It's like there's a presumption that the receiver is a provider who because she lives this lifestyle automatically makes her positive STD. and the client isn't. And are we just talking about the act of oral sucking, or the actual cum-in-mouth ?
if it's cum in mouth, i could see the higher risk, but the actual oral sucking involving no semen or leakage, etc.?

i actually stop seeing one tgirl because she insisted on me using a condom on while i was going down on her. Just can't endure the taste of a rubber condom. i don't mind a girl using a hat on me, that's her choice.(even though the feeling is much more limited vs bareback oral) but giving oral with a condom? if it comes down to that,(having to suck on a tgirl's condom) then i'd rather do without the session altogether. And it's a important key note in the reviews i read and future potential sessions.

Its a wonder how with all the commercials for Valtrex that tells everyone the statistics involved with people who have contracted a disease you cant understand the degree of risk You do know that your not the only one that any girl is seeing dont you FYI *ESCORTS ARE NOT YOUR GIRLFRIENDS! its a simple game of nubers if 1 in 4 sexually activ adults are positive of some sort of std/sti and mst girls encounter anyhere from 3-10 differrent clients per day do the math....

The worst that CAN happen and what is likely to ACTUALLY happen are two completely different things. While anything's possible, HIV dies when it comes into contact with oxygen (and has a hard time surviving in saliva), so unless the oral sex is airtight (i.e. like with a vagina or anus), it's extremely difficult to contract HIV that way. Statistically speaking, you're much more likely to catch a bacterial infection (i.e. gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc) by giving oral sex than you are a virus, particularly HIV, so if you've never had one of those, your chances of having contracted HIV are infinitesimal. And of course, herpes is a skin-to-skin disease, so you can catch that one without even having sex at all.

I'd also like to point out that the prevalence of HIV in the trans community is much lower than it is perceived to be.

theoretically is true.  Therefore my heart beat always goes faster, while waiting for my newest STD status.
But, so far, it's been negative, though I do bbbj (upon request) as well.

I think my body has built up an immune system against all these disease over long period of time.

3 years ago, I wanted to have a Hepatitis B (free) vaccination in Canada.  The nurse checked my blood, and she looked at the result and she told me i did not need one, since my body has already had antibody against Hepatitis B.

One more thing, i never have a flu shot and rarely get flu and cold in winter.  I guess I have a good immune system.

But nevertheless, yes, safer sex is definitely encouraged.  I like it more when the client says: please use condom Tia.  I find it sexy and responsible.
