What kind if hassle do TS girls get while traveling from the TSA? or do State ID's recognize the change? just a question I've always had. Thanks.

...before they were changed I had no issue...actually did the body imagery scanner for the first time on the way to London...bet the BBC in my la perla panties raised a few eyebrows, but nothing was said or did not cause me to be flagged for any kind of additional search...DARN...haha...hugs, Rachel

Rachels packin a pipe bomb and they let her board on first class.  Now thats quality.

In my case, I haven't had any hassle from the TSA except for the body screening which I forgot to tuck my spring roll, before I entered the scanner the person who watched the screen gave me nice smile, but after I went thru the screen the same person gave me an evil look, that was the only hassle I had.

Another paranoia incident when the TSA guy followed me to the plane, I thought I did something wrong, so then he called me and said " Miss..you left something" I was shocked and I said " what it is?", he said " your smile "!
I was flattered but at the same time I just thought he was a weirdo and I was kinda mad, that was happening in midwest! lol

Another TSA incident also at one of the airport, some of them have already recognize me because I travelled a lot even before I became provider, so the TSA guys would flirts with me while the woman would asked where did I get my shoes, pants or top from? ( I bet they still got pay for that :D )

My ID's gender is a female, so no hassle, but when my ID was M, the person who checked my ID always raise an eyebrow, in one occasion someone said " You are a fraud" LOL, he thought I was a woman until he saw my ID M eventhough my picture is "female"!

It is tough being transgender, but I'm happy to be different and life goes on!

Ok amptor, since I asnwered your question may I ask you why you want to know? :D

I am an admirer of TS and was just curious. Have a few TS friends I would love to travel with.

Can't speak to the hassle, but apparently the US will now issue a passport based on chosen gender identity without having the surgery. Australia just added a third sex - "X" -  to "M" & "F". Some reports have that reserved for ambiguous gender (hermaphrodites) only, others seem to think TSs could choose from any of the three. The big question, to my mind, is what they will mark on the arrival cards when entering other countries!
