There are multiple reviews for Terah that shows a wide disparity in service levels...from a 2-9...I'm wondering if anyone here has any personal knowledge that they would like to share.  I've emailed Terah and outlined what i'm looking for in a provider (bottom, multiple cups) and she has agreed to provide that level of service.
