My experience is that YMMV, but the GFE rarely comes on the first "date" unless there is some real chemistry there.  The real potential is to get it on subsequent dates.  On the other hand, if the provider finds you desirable you may get GFE on the first date, if she finds you undesirable you may never get it.  Y-M-M-V!
