A copycat perhaps?  The girl in your ad originally posted it August 5, and it's also a post-EROS-name-change ad (meaning it's pretty new).

The EROS ad was posted August 10 and is another one created after the EROS changed to numbers for URL's.

Nothing but a SipSap reference in San Francisco that is now a dead link.

The images look real enough (albeit, they are filtered for a softer look, but that's no biggie).

Be cautious.  Wear your running shoes.  Report back!
