Spoke to her on the phone. Sounds very sincere and authentic. asked if there were any reviews she could refer me to. Apparently, she specifically asks that reviews not be posted as she sees it as a breach of privacy and discression. As nice as she sounded, I wasn't prepared to take a leap of bolind faith...
