I was wondering if anyone has seen Jonelle Brooks. She is based in Daytona, FL, but I cannot find much at all for reviews...anywhere. Yes, I have googled her name and email - pretty much come up blank except for a questionable reference on HA, but I know the community here is much more trustworthy.
