I was doing a little searching myself and came across that ad.  She must be traveling/visiting TS Michelle who is on Eros LA now.  I can't find it now but one of her backpage ads had a few links of her previous ads at the bottom and I clicked on them to see TS Michelle, so they must be posting for eachother or something.

After reading the discussion (thanks cat) I am almost certain I know who this girl is but I can't find her reviews. I'm pretty sure she lived in East Hollywood by Western and Hollwyood blvd (a few blocks away).
