Since no one elsa will bother, I guess I'll say something about Ivy.  Ivy has been around forever and definitely has a reputation for poor service.  She is DDG, hung like a horse, likes to top and could care less about the client.  She has been discussed on this board ad nausea.  Just a suggestion.  Before you do another 411, try a little research.

I suggest searching on the board to uncover hundreds of comments, most very negative.
