I'd be careful.  If you are familiar with the Zona Norte, Adelitas is a famous and popular bar for women and hookers.  Only going from memory now.  Behind the street that Adelitas is on, is a street parallel that has bars and strip clubs on it.    The TS girls hung out maybe 3 or 4 streets past that area, so you would walk from Adelitas, take a right or left, depending on which way you are walking (up a hill, now down) and you will see them.  If you google "Trann's in Tijuana" there are a few Youtube videos that show them on the street.  Its not in the best area and they all hang out together.  They are HOT HOT but you can easily get robbed.

I think you can do a bit better than that. Check in to any of the many western hotels on Avenida Revolución. Go to the Mileroticos website, specify Trans and then Tijuana. There are a lot of high quality providers. Contact them by WhatsApp. Google Translate is your friend

But I've seen T-girls in TJ strip clubs. One time I went to a private room for a lap dance with what I thought was a cis-girl. She was trying to hide her package, but I caught a glimpse and let her know I was cool with it. Ended up going at it right there in the booth.
