I agree, I have seen those pictures for years and have never had the opportunity.  The pictures are amazing, but as I know all to well, looks can be deceiving.

I saw her about 1.5years ago. Her pics are accurate. She seems to have a fake russian accent. She comes to you and requires you to give your location etc. in advance. She isnt huge down there but she is passable. Overall a average experience but that was 1.5 years ago. Good luck.
