Celeste is one provider that has been on my list to meet since I first got into the TS scene. She kind of dropped off the scene for a few years, and I thought I'd missed my chance. She isn't the only one either. I think some of these girls either retire, find other means of support, just drop off of the radar, etc. Back in the old days, she did have some good reviews here, but I can't recall the specifics.
