I am sure that cleared things right up.  Orchiectomy just sounds like it should hurt.  Don't know how recent Cameron's surgery was but I hope everything came out all right (so to speak) and that she is recovering well.

I found a website that says:  "Most patients do not require any pain medication post procedure."  Are you kidding me?  Ouch - great photos though:
