Anyone know of a place in Phoenix where these ladies hang out?

Hi:  I haven't been there but a friend told me awhile back about a place called "Crusin 7th," address below.  They apparently have drag shows and a TG crowd.

Not sure if it's specific nights or not.  I think it's a gay bar the rest of the time.

PS - Does anyone know what happened to the Lodge in No. Hollywood?  I heard it was closing, then that it was staying open, then closing again.

Anyone have recent knowledge as to what's up?

And are there any venues replacing it?  (7969??)
