you mentioned Arlington with great caution.  What does that mean?  For that matter, how "safe" is Dallas metro area.  I asked this on the legal forum, but I wonder if you are safer with a TS provider rather than a NON TS provider from an LE perspective?  It would seem that LE would get more bang for the buck in mainstream business?  Thanks for redundancy - somewhat newbie

PS What prevents LE from being the "reviewer(s)"?  How does TER help us then?
