I spoke to Admin about this last night.  I basically said the same thing.  Her reviews will be back up and she is in contact with Admin.  TER does have rules about their site and how their logo is utilized on other sites.  Her site was not authorized to have the logo on it or something like that.  I asked why don't they contact the provider and instruct them to either remove or gain approval.  They informed me most of the time the provider does not reply ao have resorted to taking their reviews down and that typically makes them contact TER and then problem solved.  So, not the best way to do it in my opinion but we are just the mods.
