A lot of smart phones(the droid os and iphone os) have auto reject features now. Especially handy for creepers. Anytime you get one like that just let your phone handle it. Two clicks and the phone wont even accept the calls or text's and it tells you when they called and that they blocked it for you.

Quite right. My Motorola Android phone already has the ability to force people in my contact list directly to voice mail. I augmented it with a free app called Call Blocker Lite that gives you the ability to do that, as well as instantly hang up on, and to completely ignore incoming texts from, any phone number you place in your "blocked" list. (The paid version is even more flexible.) Both can be found in the Android Marketplace.
