Well, it happens every year.  The day after Thanksgiving kicks off the Holiday Season and the stores get ready for the shoppers.

I just saw an ad on TV for JC Penny's.  They open up this friday at 4AM, so if you need me, I'll be waiting outside around 3:30 so I can be the first person in the store

NOT...I mean, come on what does JC Penny's have that warrants someone getting there at 4am unless they work nights and just happen to be getting off work.  

Crazy.....

People are freakin' insane when it comes to shopping.  Remember last year?  A Wal-Mart employee was trampled to death when they opened the doors.  Yes, literally trampled to death, as in dead, by a bunch of crazy shoppers.

This kitty's staying home tomorrow where it's safe, warm, and have plenty of Tender Vittles.

All the big stores, JC Pennys included, typically have several big ticket items for significantly reduced prices (big screen tvs for example) first thing in the morning.  They only have a certain amount though hence the nickname "doorbusters"

Yes, kind of like "lost leaders" to get the crowds into the store.  One of my favorite things to do is sleep in on holidays so you won't see me there.    I was only kidding about being there at 3:30am

People are simply crazy waiting inline a day before just to get something for a low price. Seriously, if you can't afford it, you shouldn't get it at all no matter how low the price.

Its amazing how a day in shopping turns people into zombies running people over, fighting for toys???!!! ughhhhhh
