Ok,

I have wanted to try one for a long time but have been scared. Any reccomendations for a first time try?

Your best bet is to check past reviews of LA girls and find out who is the most accomadating to what you are looking for...i.e. top, bottom.  As far as an LA wish list mine goes like this.
